Introduction

A student teacher internship allows you to gain some teaching experience after you graduate from your university education program.

In a student teaching internship, you begin by watching a teacher at work, and after that, you run brief sessions with the students. Your duties eventually increase to include researching teaching strategies and curricula, as well as instructing pupils in accordance with preset lesson plans. You must acquire the techniques required to instruct, develop lesson plans, and support the teacher who is in charge of you. Other responsibilities can include marking student assignments, keeping track of grades and attendance, holding one-on-one meetings with students, and meeting with your supervising teacher and other members of the faculty to discuss performance.
